All of our brownies, blondies and traybakes are made to order. If you order before midday Monday-Thursday we aim to post your order on the next day. There are three postal options - tracked 24 - tracked 24 with signature and next day special delivery before 1pm. If you need you order to arrive on a certain date please contact us first.

The Crafty Brownie Lady cannot accept any returns for perishable or bespoke goods. This refers to all products. If an item is returned to for whatever reason, we cannot accept the items and they will have to be disposed of due to the nature of the items, which means we are unable to refund.

During the summer some of our products containing chocolate may melt during delivery. All orders containing such products are shipped at the customers own risk.
